DA Human Mechanics is a friendly and professional Sports Injury and Rehab Clinic based at The Sheepmount Athletics Stadium in Carlisle, with a purpose designed rehab centre. This also hosts DA Human Mechanics Academy which offers Level 3 and Level 4 Sports Massage courses.
DAHM offers a variety of appropriate treatment methods dictated by a thorough assessment, including Sports Massage, ElectroTherapy, Medical Acupuncture, Dry Cupping, Joint mobilisations and manipulations along with strength and conditioning.

Daniel Anderton
Sports Scientist and Sports Therapist with other qualifications in sports medicine, medical acupuncture, joint manipulations, S&C and teaching amongst others. Experience working in professional rugby league, football and motorsport.
Neil Dalton
Worked in professional football for 29 years (1250 games), being head physiotherapist at Carlisle United for 23 years. Chartered and and state registered Physiotherapist with qualifications in sports therapy, fitness training, S&C and acupuncture.
Becca Goad
Qualified Physiotherapist since 2022 Sports Massage Therapist L3 since 2023 Experience in rotational physiotherapy across wards including ITU, Musculoskeletal, Elderly care and respiratory Specialises in Musculoskeletal physiotherapy
Chris Brunskill
Chartered physiotherapist who has worked in professional football for nearly a decade. Has held positions in under 18s, under 23s and first team levels in the Championship, Leagues 1&2, most recently as Head Physiotherapist at Carlisle United. Chris graduated as a sports therapist before returning to university to study Physiotherapy and he is currently undertaking his masters degree in Sport and Exercise Medicine.
