This page tells you the terms on which you may use our websites www.sif.health and www.sportsinjuryfix.com(“Site”) which provides software as a service to allow for booking, notes and scheduling. It also operates as a register of physiotherapists and other medical practitioners, whether as a registered user (provider of services) or guest, to contact them or have them contact the guest. Please read these terms carefully before using this Site.

By using the Site, you accept the terms and agree to obey them. If you do not agree to the terms, then you must not use our Site.

Once your membership expires, your patient data will be deleted including patient notes. We delete your patient information at the earliest possible time. Members are data controllers, and each member is responsible for downloading or exporting the data from the website prior to the expiration of their account.

You are allowed to make a legal link to our website's homepage from your website if the content on your Site meets the standards of our acceptable use policy. Such use must be fair and reasonable and do nothing to harm our reputation. You must obtain our consent in writing if you wish to establish a link to our Site.
