Injury Mechanics is the combination of a collective of Bolton's leading Sports Injury Specialists.
Our sole aim is to bring the knowledge and expertise of professional sport to the everyday people of Bolton and the surrounding areas.
Being the only therapists in the area with a background in professional sport, we aim to bring the local community up to date with the most specific knowledgeable and award-winning advice whilst providing individuals the level of care received by elite sportsmen and women.
We aspire to not only treat but to provide education and in-depth understanding to those who struggle to make sense of their pain and the reason why they're experiencing it.

Tom Walsh works at Injury Mechanics.
I see myself as a Fitness Professional & a busy mum. I enjoy collaborating with other organisations & groups, sharing my knowledge & helping others. I continue to study & train with some of the best in the industry so that I can give my clients the very best there is to offer. I understand first-hand how important it is in our 40s, 50s, 60s & beyond to look after our minds & bodies. Also, it is becoming increasingly obvious, how important pilates is for elite sports men and women to assist their performance and prevent injury. Through years of experience, I have developed a great depth & understanding of my clients, enabling me to assess their current health status, mobility issues or underlying health conditions. This is an integral part of the initial assessment process & of course their ongoing fitness journey.
