Hi, my name is Lydia & I run LHREHAB. I graduated from Middlesex university with a first class honours degree in Sport and Exercise Rehabilitation - class of 2019. We are based in a lovely studio in Melksham: Unit 2, Bay Tree Barn, Lower Woodrow, Melksham SN127RB Our job is to treat any injuries, aches or pains that you may have obtained from sport, exercise or daily living. We treat from the offset, until you are back playing that sport you love, running that marathon, or until that annoying niggle that you felt every day has been reduced. We look at the whole picture and treat the source of the pain, not just the symptoms. Our aim is to prevent injuries, as well as helping those injured return to their full capabilities. We treat a variety of people and feel the same sense of achievement when our older clients gain the ability to live with less pain, as we do when we get athletes back to their full potential.
I have 10 years experience within the fitness industry as a qualified Strength and Conditioning coach and am passionate about helping people move better and feel stronger. I have an all round holistic approach to exercise and fitness, whether you are training for a specific event, looking to lose weight or exercising for your mental well-being - I tailor sessions to your needs. I have a specialist interest in injury rehabilitation and sport specific training. It is never too late to have a goal or get moving.
